Floridia

Floridia is an independent artistic-perfumery brand founded in 2022 by Antonio Di Giulio Cesare and Rosaria Angerosa, and based in Naples, Italy. Its name and origin story are connected to Villa Floridiana and Lucia Migliaccio, Duchess of Floridia. The brand’s creative work translates Naples’s history, places, myths, landscapes, and everyday sensory memories into artistic fragrances. The founders developed the project with Neapolitan perfumer Giovanni Festa, with nearly a year of gestation before the collaboration became reality. Floridia’s initial project was conceived as a ten-fragrance olfactory journey through distinct historical and cultural stories associated with Naples. In 2025, Ex Manifattura Tabacchi was selected as a finalist in the Independent category of the 11th Art and Olfaction Awards, with Festa credited as perfumer and Di Giulio Cesare as creative director.
