Frank Los Angeles

Frank Los Angeles is a U.S. niche fragrance line whose first release, Frank No. 1, appeared in 2004, followed by Frank No. 2 in 2005. The line centers on small-batch perfume making and has a contemporary, minimal, primarily masculine character. Its early development continued with Frank No. 3 in 2007 and a new version of Frank No. 1 in 2014. The original Frank No. 1 was discontinued; the distinct 2014 version was developed by perfumer Bertrand Duchaufour. Characterized as a dark fougère, Frank No. 1 combines a bright green, aromatic structure with tobacco and leather facets. Frank No. 3 was relaunched in 2016 after a 2013 version was discontinued, adding another reformulation to the brand’s fragrance history.
