Fruits and Passion
Founded in Quebec in 1992 by Jean Hurteau, Guy Hurteau, and France Ménard, Fruits & Passion centers its public identity on fragrant body-care and home-care products inspired by nature. Its offer emphasizes natural-origin ingredients, distinctive fragrances, innovative packaging, and formulas not tested on animals. Ownership changed in May 2008, when S.C. Johnson acquired the brand, and again in 2013, when The Face Shop Company, a subsidiary of LG Household & Health Care, bought it. On July 3, 2024, Fiberlinks Textiles acquired Le Groupe Fruits & Passion from Avon Canada and LG Household & Health Care. The brand’s fine-fragrance identity combines fruity, woody, and musky notes, with available evidence pointing to a fruit-forward heritage rather than one universally established signature perfume. Blue was later renamed Kate.
