Galerie Noemie
Galerie Noémie was founded in September 2001 by Noémie Rocher, whose background included studies at the École des Beaux-Arts in Aix-en-Provence, study in London, and professional makeup training. The French makeup-and-fragrance brand built its creative identity around painting: its packaging and product names referenced art, while a customizable foundation concept presented makeup as an artistic process. In 2007, Galerie Noémie was identified as part of the Yves Rocher group, with Rocher supervising its creative process, including communications and imagery. Its documented fragrance line spans 2002 to 2007 and includes six fragrances. One of them, White Spirit, was imagined by Rocher, created in 2007, positioned for both women and men, and supported by a campaign associated with footballer Nicolas Anelka.
