Ganache Parfums

Ganache Parfums was founded by perfumer Jarekhye Covarrubias after his work with Haught Parfums. Positioned as a niche fragrance line, the brand developed a distinctly gourmand identity, using dessert-like scents to evoke comfort, memories, and conversation. By May 2017, it had an early summer collection that included Joe, Ice Cream Shoppe, and Bananas Foster. Within fragrance, Ganache Parfums is especially associated with the gourmand family; Chocolate Ganache and Ice Cream Shoppe are representative early offerings. In March 2019, its online shop was scheduled to close on March 15 because personal issues were affecting Covarrubias, who is credited as the perfumer behind the brand’s fragrances.
