Gandini 1896 Maestri Profumieri
Gandini 1896 Maestri Profumieri traces its origins to 1896 and is associated with Alessandro Gandini, a pharmacist and alchemist, in Alessandria, Italy. Its early identity was built around Italian perfumery tradition and fragrances created by Gandini during the first half of the twentieth century. Eurocosmesi acquired the Gandini trademark in December 2007, and Coswell completed its acquisition of Eurocosmesi in 2011; Gandini is now listed among Coswell’s owned brands. In 2009, the house relaunched older formulas with updated imagery and contemporary interpretations while retaining their connection to traditional perfumery. The Gandini 1896 Maestri Profumieri collection followed in 2010, introducing colognes designed to be combined with one another. By 2019, the brand’s creative identity combined modern reinterpretations of classic Gandini fragrances with an eight-fragrance line divided between women’s and men’s scents. Muschio Bianco is one of Gandini’s defining classic fragrances and a signature essence in its modern line.
