Gapardis, Inc. is a Florida fragrance company whose state filing was dated July 22, 1998. The GAPARDIS mark was first used in August 1998 and in commerce the following month. In 2002, the company filed the mark for fragrance and toiletries importation, wholesale, and retail distributorship services. Between 2004 and 2015, Gapardis developed and registered fragrance-related marks including Miss Lomani, Johan.B, AB Spirit, Atrium, Darkness, Mysterious, Seduction, Karen Low, and Deep Sense. By 2026, Gapardis was a manufacturer and distributor of fragrances, including French brands, and also offered private-label fragrances.
