Fragrance house

Gini

Gini, officially identified as Gini Fragranze di Francesco Gini, is a fragrance house based in Monteforte d’Alpone, Verona, Italy. Francesco Gini created the brand in 2019, following the end of his Homoelegans project, whose fragrances had been presented at Milan’s Esxence perfume show in 2017. His creative background draws on family roots and the world of wine, translating that sensory experience into perfume. The brand’s visual identity features a winged fox: the fox refers to the fable “The Fox and the Grapes,” while the wings symbolize perfume’s role in pursuing happiness. In 2021, Gini released Shibumi and Ikigai, fragrances connected by an interest in Japanese culture. In 2025, the brand presented Mistici Sentieri in Florence and showed the Radici collection at Pitti Fragranze, comprising three fragrances dedicated to the world of wine and linked to a family that has cultivated vineyards since 1570.
