Gleam

Gleam was founded by sisters Ludovica and Matilde Gritti and entered the fragrance market in 2023 with five fragrances. The founders are daughters of perfumer and entrepreneur Luca Gritti, placing the brand within the Gritti family’s perfumery heritage; Luca Gritti is also credited as perfumer for Gleam fragrances. Gleam places its creative setting between the Mediterranean and London, bringing together fragrances, colors, and moods with an emphasis on personal self-expression. Its first five fragrances were presented at ESXENCE in Milan from March 6 to 9, 2024. On March 3, 2025, Gleam introduced Villeggiatura, a collection themed around leisure, holidays, and remembered summer moments. The collection interprets leisure through images including fresh morning air, summer heat, and romantic escape.
