Haute Fragrance Company
Haute Fragrance Company appeared as a fragrance brand in 2017, bringing together designers, illustrators, and perfumers while keeping its founder anonymous in public coverage. HFC Paris describes its work as an epicurean collective devoted to fashion and perfume, with creations developing from a sketch or design concept into scent. At launch, art director Matteo Cibic and illustrator Arturo Elena shaped the bottle and packaging direction, while perfumer Vincent Ricord worked on the initial fragrances. By 2020, the brand had developed four fragrance collections; its website now lists Original, Black, Magic, Asian, Oud, and Musk. The brand’s creative model pairs international perfumers with artists, and a March 2026 interview with Elise Pierre describes a process built around an artistic and visual theme, giving the perfumer broad freedom; Pierre created Forbidden Whisper and then collaborated on Narcotic Desire.
