Hemel

Hemel Paris was founded in 2017 by Jitendra Phulwani, Bhushan Phulwani, and Manish Chawla, and is a founder-led perfume house publicly associated with Dubai, United Arab Emirates. Its name comes from the Dutch word for “heaven,” a concept tied to its founding. The house’s creative identity brings together Western or European perfumery and Eastern or Arabian olfactory traditions. Its fragrance evolution began with SAP, followed by Unlimited and Fumeri, before the Hemel expression emerged. Hemel is presented as the brand’s signature expression, where craftsmanship, emotion, and perfumery artistry came together. In 2024, Hemel Paris launched Fragrance Affair.
