History in Drops is a Spanish niche-perfume brand presented as a six-fragrance collection by perfumer Daniel Josier. Each fragrance is dedicated to a significant period in perfumery’s development: the Sumerians, Roman Empire, Byzantine Empire, Renaissance, Belle Époque, and the present and future of perfumery. Its concept links the first volume with early oil distillation and the birth of perfume among the Sumerians, while the sixth addresses molecular perfumery, technological advances, environmental awareness, and the meeting of science and nature.
