Fragrance house
Iconofly
Founded in Paris in 2006 by Olivia Bransbourg as a magazine and publishing project about fashion accessories and their cultural histories, Iconofly evolved into a multidisciplinary platform linking fragrance with art, writing, design, and cultural research. It identifies as an independent label and curatorial studio operating between Paris and New York, creatively led by Bransbourg, an art historian, publisher, and fragrance designer. Its first fragrance, Attache Moi, launched in 2009 through an exhibition at Le Bon Marché; sculptor Serge Mansau designed its bracelet-shaped flask. Initially intended as a limited exhibition release, Attache Moi continued as a commercial fragrance and is Iconofly’s clearest defining scent example. The brand currently presents four collections—Attache Moi, Sous Le Manteau, Les Jardins Promis, and Rendez-Vous. Recent projects have drawn on literary and religious texts: Personne, from 2023, extended Jardins Promis into a research-based interpretation of Homer’s Odyssey, while Pardes was inspired by the Song of Songs. Iconofly also represents the art estate of Robert J. Markell.
