ID Perfumes

ID Perfumes traces its corporate predecessor to a Nevada incorporation on March 28, 2007, when it was formed as a wholly owned subsidiary of Eaton Laboratories; Eaton later spun it off to shareholders as Basic Services, Inc. After discontinuing media and entertainment operations in 2009 and later leaving sportswear retail, the company shifted toward licensed fragrances. On February 7, 2013, Adrenalina, Inc. changed its name to ID Perfumes, Inc., reflecting its fragrance operations. Its model centered on developing licensed celebrity, designer, and lifestyle-brand scents, with agreements including Selena Gomez and Adam Levine. The Selena Gomez partnership, announced in July 2011, produced a debut fragrance created by Givaudan whose ingredient selection involved fan voting, illustrating the company’s participatory approach. On July 11, 2013, ID Perfumes agreed to acquire Gigantic Parfums LLC, which had secured the Katy Perry fragrance license. The Selena Gomez agreement ended on September 9, 2013.
