Idesa Parfums

Founded in Barcelona in 1963, Idesa Parfums was a fragrance company that created, developed, and internationally distributed perfumes associated with fashion and lifestyle brands. In 1994, Italy’s Angelini Group acquired the company, marking its entry into the fragrance market. Angelini Beauty’s fragrance activity developed from that acquisition and was later integrated with Angelini’s acquisition of Milan-based ITF, bringing together fragrances and cosmetics distributed through brand licenses. In November 2016, Idesa Parfums S.A. officially changed its corporate name to Angelini Beauty S.A. Following a 2025 transaction, the Idesa Parfums business lineage sits within AB Parfums, the former Angelini Beauty business acquired by Give Back Beauty.
