The brand’s current U.S. trademark was filed on June 30, 2017, registered on August 25, 2020, and records first use in commerce on July 15, 2019; its coverage includes perfumes, eau de parfum, eau de toilette, cologne, body sprays, aftershave, and shower gel. Public fragrance references document a U.S. collection of 16 named perfumes, including Cashmere & Vanilla, Neroli & Sea Salt, and Wicked Rouge. Neroli & Sea Salt launched in 2020 and is categorized as an oriental floral fragrance. On April 28, 2026, Fundamental Brands announced a definitive agreement to acquire Great American Beauty and Palm Beach Beauté, which holds the intellectual property and brand licenses for the proprietary portfolio, including Indulgent Moments.
