Ines de la Fressange

Inès de la Fressange Paris was created in 1991 in partnership with the Vuitton family, with a vision of Parisian chic as a universal style. Inès de la Fressange became a Chanel model and Karl Lagerfeld muse, and in 1983 became the first model to sign a global contract with a luxury brand. From the beginning, the brand extended beyond ready-to-wear into accessories, decoration, stationery, and perfumes, forming a broader Parisian lifestyle universe. In 1999, following a conflict, Inès de la Fressange lost commercial use of her name, and collections sold under the brand were no longer signed by her or aligned with her style. In 2013, private investors led by Fabrice Boé acquired the brand from François-Louis Vuitton; Inès returned as an equity participant and creative director, resuming direct artistic development after 14 years. The brand was relaunched in 2015 around a relaxed, modern, timeless French-chic identity. Its Signature Fragrances collection interprets different facets of an iconic Parisian woman, with Blanc Chic and Or Choc designed for separate wear or layering over a shared incense base.
