Inessance
Inessance Paris developed from the perfumery know-how of a family-owned firm that had made perfumes for major brands for generations. The brand was created as part of Sarbec Cosmetics’ expansion of its own-brand portfolio; Sarbec was founded in 1974 by Patrick Van Den Schrieck. Its identity combines original olfactory signatures, refined and characterful essences, and designs ranging from classic forms to modern faceted styles. Inessance’s documented fragrance history begins with Leçon de Séduction in 2011, with further releases listed through 2015. In 2013, the brand collaborated with the Miss France committee on the Beauté and Élégance fragrances, presented with Marine Lorphelin, Miss France 2013. Emilie Bouge created Beauté, while Serge Majoullier created Élégance. Following a 2023 transaction, Inessance Paris is presented within Vabel’s perfumery portfolio, with Sarbec identified as the business developing and commercializing the brand.
