Intercosma

Intercosma traces its beauty-industry roots to 1949, when the underlying cosmetics plant was established. On 13 May 1963, the heirs of the original founder established the company and acquired the plant’s assets, liabilities, and goodwill. Its business has encompassed cosmetics, toiletries, hair products, makeup, and perfumes, including manufacturing, importing, and marketing these categories in Israel. In 2002, Danlog-Intercosma was established as a company co-owned by Frigo Israel, part of the Ennis Group, and Denshar Ltd.; in 2010, it became fully owned by the Denshar Group. Today, Danlog-Intercosma is part of the Denshar Group, combining third-party logistics with private-label cosmetics manufacturing and distribution. Its product-development activities include in-house research and development, Dead Sea mineral-based skincare, body care, facial care, hair care, and perfume.
