Inverso Profumi

Inverso Profumi is an independent fragrance house founded in 2023 and operating as a family-run atelier in New York City. The house began with two artists: Maurizio, whose olfactory work is central to its fragrances, and Kristina, whose visual perspective shapes their presentation. Inverso approaches its niche extrait de parfum as a sensory experience expressed through texture, form, light, and sound, with art and photography woven into the work; Kristina’s photography directly inspired Poesía, Stai Ferma, and Private. Its fragrance offering is organized into CORE, LIMITED, CAPSULE, and LUCALE, with fragrances able to move between categories when ingredients become unavailable or no longer meet the house’s quality expectations. One composition, Ladri di Fichi, takes the Sicilian countryside and fig-picking as its concept, building its opening around milky, resinous facets and crushed green fig leaves before placing the fruit at the center.
