J.U.S. Parfums
J.U.S. Parfums is a French fragrance brand founded in 2018 by Brigitte Wormser, Thierry De Baschmakoff, and Jean-Baptiste Roux. Its concept originated in 2016 as a design-agency exercise intended to rethink niche perfumery. The brand’s identity brings together creative freedom, personal stories, natural and synthetic materials, and a more sustainable, responsible approach to luxury. De Baschmakoff materially shaped its public creative identity through colorful pop-art packaging, references to the 1950s and 1960s, and upcycled or reused bottle forms. J.U.S. publishes its perfume formulas as open source, presenting transparency as a way to recognize and explain the perfumer’s work. Its fragrances are organized into the Joyaux Uniques and Joyaux Sensoriels groupings, with participating perfumers given broad creative freedom without a conventional marketing brief. In its fragrance range, Printemps identifies Cuirissime as an iconic bestseller and lists Gingerlise among the brand’s bestsellers.
