Jack Perfume

Founded by actor Richard E. Grant and launched in 2014, Jack Perfume grew from his longstanding personal interest in fragrance. The brand began after a conversation with Anya Hindmarch, leading Grant to work with IFF, Liberty, and perfumer Alienor Massenet on a bespoke unisex fragrance that launched exclusively at Liberty in April 2014 after several years of development. Grant’s personal creative direction is reflected in later fragrances connected to London places and episodes from his life and acting career, while Jack’s public identity emphasizes unisex fragrance within a British and London cultural frame. The original Jack is presented as Grant’s signature scent and is the clearest defining example for the brand; in 2015, Jack received the Fragrance Foundation UK’s Independent Fragrance award.
