Jousset Parfums
Jousset Parfums began on March 21, 2020, in Switzerland, founded by Jimmy Bodin and his partner, Melis Bodin. Named for Jimmy Bodin’s mother’s maiden name, the house describes him as a self-taught French perfumer and identifies him as its co-founder and perfumer. In January 2021, Jousset redesigned its bottles with a sleeker, more restrained presentation intended to reflect its French heritage. On March 17 that year, Jimmy Bodin created Accident à la Vanille, followed by the unveiling of Collection Noire. In 2023, Jousset Parfums relocated from Switzerland to France and became attached to ATELIMAP, a fragrance-creation and packaging company created on March 1. Its current creative identity is an “Ultra-Gourmand” approach focused on edible pleasure, realistic food-like texture, warmth, taste, and emotion. The house identifies Accident à la Vanille, Le Gourmand, and Ciao Bello Pistachio as its best sellers and signatures, with Accident à la Vanille linked to the launch of Collection Noire.
