Just Jack began in 2018, launched by Mayo-based sisters Jane and Katie through Makes Scents. The name has a family origin: it refers to Jane’s son and grandfather, both named Jack. It followed Makes Scents’ Jenny Glow range, which launched in 2017, and developed as a unisex fragrance collection described through ten signature scents spanning deeper and fresher styles. Sterling Perfumes Industries lists Just Jack among its fragrance brands; the Dubai-based, family-founded fragrance and cosmetics group was established in 1998. In December 2024, Sterling Perfumes Industries was identified as the applicant for the Just Jack trademark in Hong Kong, covering perfumes and related cosmetic products.
