Kathy Hilton

Kathy Hilton’s earliest documented business venture was The Staircase, a gift and antiques store on Sunset Plaza in Los Angeles, which she operated during the 1980s and early 1990s. On October 13, 2006, KRH Licensing Company granted OmniReliant an exclusive worldwide license to use the KATHY HILTON trademark for skincare, fragrance, cosmetics, and related products, while retaining trademark ownership. OmniReliant identified itself as the licensee of Kathy Hilton Fragrance and announced the launch of My Secret by Kathy Hilton on January 24, 2008; contemporary coverage described it as Hilton’s debut fragrance, inspired by aromas encountered during her travels. By 2012, Hilton was also developing the Kathy Hilton Collection of party dresses with Mon Cheri, sketching ideas and giving feedback on prototypes, beading, and trim.
