Katie Piper

Katie Piper is a public figure, author, television presenter and charity campaigner who founded the Katie Piper Foundation in 2009. The foundation supports people living with burns and traumatic scarring and works to improve access to rehabilitation. Her public profile developed through the 2009 Channel 4 documentary Katie: My Beautiful Face, followed by media and advocacy work supporting people affected by disfigurement. In November 2020, she launched a product collection exclusively with Superdrug spanning fragrance, candles, diffusers and skin-balm sets, with five percent of profits supporting the foundation. The fragrance offering was framed around confidence and courage, with Confidence by Day and Confidence by Night presented as its principal fragrances; Piper designed them to reflect those themes.
