khadlaj

Established in January 1997, Khadlaj Perfumes is a UAE-based, family-owned perfume house focused on bespoke Arabic and French fragrances alongside home-ambiance scents. Its founder and master perfumer, Mohamed Iqbal Abdul Sattar, is associated with work in musk, rose, oud, and vetiver. Khadlaj’s olfactory identity brings Arabian heritage into conversation with modern and Western perfumery, with particular emphasis on dehn al oud, rose, and musk. Under Asif Iqbal, the house has combined traditional craftsmanship with modern appeal while carrying forward its founder’s legacy through creatively driven leadership. Hareem Al Sultan, introduced in 2008 and created by Mohamed Iqbal Abdul Sattar, is a defining and iconic Khadlaj fragrance that became prominent through social media. The Khadlaj 25 Integrity collection marked the house’s 25th anniversary, tying a later fragrance milestone directly to its history.
