Kheir

Founded in Dubai in 2024 by Siham Cyrine, Kheir Fragrance House grew from its founder’s interest in collecting perfume and her desire to create scents she had imagined but not encountered. Cyrine’s Lebanese-American experience of living between cultures informs a creative identity that brings Middle Eastern perfumery traditions into dialogue with Western fragrance trends, while drawing on memory and heritage. Identified as Kheir’s founder and creative director, Cyrine has developed the house alongside perfumer Shadi Samra, who was involved in creating 7 Minutes. Launched in 2024, 7 Minutes was Kheir’s debut perfume, a vanilla-centered gourmand designed with added depth. In 2025, the house introduced Pretty Please and Guilty Pleasures, extending its gourmand-oriented fragrance work through contrasts between sweet and deeper accords.
