Fragrance house
Kimirica
Kimirica traces its business origins to 2012 and launched its hospitality-products activity in 2013. Founded in Indore, India, by Mohit, Rajat, Kimi and Rica Jain, the company drew on its family’s Ayurveda background while developing locally made hotel toiletries. Its early business focused on B2B hotel amenities, including custom fragrances, labels and packaging for hospitality clients. In 2017, it entered a joint venture with Canadian hospitality-products manufacturer Hunter Amenities, creating Kimirica Hunter International. Kimirica Lifestyle launched in 2019 as the group’s direct-to-consumer self-care arm, bringing bath, body, skincare, candles and gifting into a retail-oriented offering. The brand’s creative identity centers on sensory storytelling, with collections inspired by experiences, memories and moments and combining fragrance, design and plant-based ingredients. In 2024, it introduced fine fragrance formulated by co-founder and lead perfumer Rajat Jain, with the fragrances presented as expressions of travel memories and experiences. On January 15, 2025, HOB Ventures divested its entire Kimirica Lifestyle shareholding to Mohit Jain; thereafter, neither HOB Ventures nor Imagine Marketing held equity in the business.
