Kymya

Kymya is a United Kingdom fragrance brand dating from 2024. It was started by Hamza as a passion project intended to demonstrate what true oud oil and fragrance could be. The brand developed from Hamza Hussain’s work as a merchant of artisanal oud and niche fragrances, with a vision of crafting artisanal niche oud fragrances for everyday wear. Its creative identity combines Eastern fragrance traditions with the measured craftsmanship of Western niche perfumery, in collaboration with independent British perfumer John Stephen. Artisanal oud forms Kymya’s defining fragrance direction: Cambodian Oud Oil is identified in Galia and Kambodi, with oud described as central to the brand’s identity. Kambodi is a modern chypre built on Cambodian oud, while Galia brings Eastern and Western perfumery together.
