L'Objet
L’Objet was founded in Los Angeles/Beverly Hills by Elad Yifrach, an interior designer who began creating objects after failing to find suitable pieces for luxury interiors. From its beginnings in tableware and home objects, the brand developed a broader lifestyle identity spanning design, fragrance, and culture, with a design language connecting travel, cultural references, traditional craftsmanship, and contemporary interpretation. Collaborations with Fortuny in 2011 and the Haas Brothers in 2019 extended this practice across historic textiles, light, craftsmanship, art, humor, fantasy, and functional objects. L’Objet’s fragrance story began with the Coral candle in 2007, expanded into an Apothecary collection in 2018, and reached personal fragrance with its first Eau de Parfum collection in 2023, created with French perfumer Yann Vasnier. Jean-Claude Ellena later collaborated with Yifrach on Kérylos, inspired by Mediterranean landscapes. The brand’s olfactory identity centers on storytelling through feeling, memory, place, and nature rather than a single documented signature scent.
