La Curie

La Curie is a niche fragrance house established in 2013 and based in Tucson, Arizona. Created and perfumed by Lesli Wood, the house draws on culture, myths, design, nostalgia, and modernism; Wood has also described making scents inspired by mythologies and ancient places. Its production has been deliberately small-scale, generally releasing about one fragrance per year and working in small batches. La Curie was included in the 2018 edition of Luca Turin and Tanya Sanchez’s The Perfume Guide. Its fragrance legacy includes Incendo, a 2015 release by La Curie and Lesli Wood Peterson that won the Artisan category at the 2016 Art and Olfaction Awards.
