Laiseven

Established in 2009 in Paterna, Valencia, Laiseven is a Spanish cosmetics brand associated with natural cosmetics, skin and wellbeing, natural ingredients, vegan products, and made-in-Spain positioning. Its ownership changed in 2013, when Yunsey S.L. became the company’s sole shareholder. In 2023, Laboratorios Belloch S.A. replaced Yunsey as sole shareholder, and Belloch subsequently absorbed Laiseven Cosmetics. The absorption transferred Laiseven’s assets and obligations to Belloch and was registered on 20 March 2024, when Laiseven Cosmetics ceased to exist as a separate legal entity. Laiseven’s offer includes body care, body sprays, and scented bath products.
