Le Petit Prince

Le Petit Prince began as Antoine de Saint-Exupéry’s written and illustrated work, first published in New York in 1943 and in France by Gallimard in 1946. Its public identity draws on the book’s literary world and themes of friendship, love, imagination, and the search for what matters. The Saint-Exupéry family succession established POMASE to administer the legacy, and POMASE manages the work’s intellectual-property rights, trademarks, and related collections. Fragrance entered the property through licensing, with a Le Petit Prince eau de toilette introduced in 2000 as a licensed children’s fragrance. In January 2026, a new collaboration with Angel Cosmetics was announced, comprising Rosée du matin and Nuit étoilée and linking the collection to the Rose, stars, Fox, and the story’s themes. Its creative direction is gentle and child-oriented, inviting a rediscovery of childhood, purity, and poetry.
