Les Indesmodables

Les Indémodables was founded in 2016 from the vision of Valérie and Rémi Pulvérail. Its roots reach back to Le Bistro de la Beauté, created by Valérie in Annecy in January 2012, where customer feedback informed the fragrance collection. Rémi established L’Atelier Français des Matières in 2014, an integrated perfume laboratory that supplies the house with exclusive natural extracts and supports its formulation work. The brand organizes its fragrances as an olfactive wardrobe across the major fragrance families associated with classic perfumery, reworked through unexpected combinations and concentrated natural materials rather than short-lived trends. Its first four fragrances—Chypre Azural, Fougère Emeraude, Oriental Velours, and Cuir de Chine—appeared in 2016, with later releases supervised by creative director Antoine Lie. Vanille Havane, launched in 2020, is identified in editorial coverage as the brand’s best-seller and the fragrance that generated wider word-of-mouth recognition. In 2024, the LES INDÉMODABLES mark was transferred from B DE BEAUTE to L’Atelier Français des Matières. In 2025, the house introduced Immortelle Solaire after an 18-month research program that produced a new exclusive immortelle extract, incorporated by Lie into the fragrance.
