Little Mix

Little Mix was formed on the UK television competition The X Factor on 19 August 2011, initially under the name Rhythmix. Renamed Little Mix on 28 October, the group became the first girl band to win The X Factor that December. The original quartet—Perrie Edwards, Jade Thirlwall, Leigh-Anne Pinnock and Jesy Nelson—became a trio after Nelson’s departure in 2020; the members announced a break in December 2021, followed by an extended hiatus from 2022. Its public creative identity combines pop and R&B with vocal harmonies and themes of confidence and empowerment, alongside number-one singles including “Cannonball,” “Wings,” “Black Magic,” “Shout Out To My Ex” and “Sweet Melody.” Little Mix entered fragrance in 2015 with Gold Magic, its first perfume, launched at London’s Drury Club during the Black Magic era. The licensed celebrity-brand extension was developed with SAS and Company, while Eternal Dance Media Limited is identified as a trademark owner for goods including perfumery.
