Lorenzo Villoresi Firenze

Lorenzo Villoresi Firenze was founded by Lorenzo Villoresi in Florence in 1990, following his philosophy degree, travels, study of raw materials, and early work creating custom fragrances. The business released its first perfume collection in 1991 and initially operated as Atelier de Parfums before adopting the name Lorenzo Villoresi in May 1999. Its creative identity reflects Villoresi’s Tuscan and Florentine background, travels in the Middle East, interest in ancient Jewish, Egyptian, and Mesopotamian cultures, and study of essences and perfumes. Villoresi received France’s Prix François Coty in 2006. On 1 June 2019, the Museo Villoresi opened in Florence, extending the brand’s public identity into perfume history, aromatic materials, olfactory education, and the study of fragrance creation. In its fragrance legacy, Teint de Neige, dating from 2000, is associated with perfumed face powders and Belle Époque floral-powdery imagery and was identified by Glamour as a notable perfume of that year.
