Loreste

Loreste was created in Switzerland in 1960, and its name combines Lorenzo and Estella. After 1960, the brand’s development included brand-licence acquisitions and the creation or acquisition of companies including GM Groupe and Parfums de Marque. It expanded beyond perfumery into leather goods and textiles, while its creative direction covered perfumes, fragrances, and concepts for women and men, supported by presentation, gift, visual, and bath lines. In France, an associated commercial entity was established in 1991 for wholesale perfume and beauty-product trading; it adopted the name Loreste France – Parfums de Marque in 1999. The Tribunal de commerce de Nanterre opened liquidation proceedings for that entity in 2007, with payment cessation recorded in 2006.
