Luckyscent Gifts With Purchase is a merchandising category within Luckyscent’s brand index and shopping navigation, rather than a standalone fragrance house. The associated Luckyscent business was founded in 2002 by Adam Eastwood and Franco Wright, after their design work for beauty clients led them to create a website devoted solely to perfume. It developed around editorial content, photography, distinctive-brand curation, and online sampling that enabled customers to try niche and independent fragrances at home. In 2006, Luckyscent opened its first Scent Bar in Hollywood, organizing fragrances by scent profile and encouraging exploration and learning. Monogram Capital Partners acquired a majority stake in Luckyscent in January 2025, in a transaction reported in November of that year, while the founders continued to describe the business as focused on customer experience, discovery, and niche-fragrance retail.
