Maison Crivelli

Maison Crivelli is a French fragrance house created in 2018 by Thibaud Crivelli. After living in China and elsewhere in Asia for more than a decade from 2006, Crivelli developed an exploratory, multisensory outlook through encounters with fragrance-raw-material plantations. That perspective informs a creative identity built around unexpected sensory discoveries, personal memories, and contrasts, with perfumers responding to briefs shaped by words, images, and sounds. The fragrances are developed with different perfumers rather than a single house perfumer, while Crivelli retains the brand’s artistic direction. Within six months of its launch, Maison Crivelli established a permanent corner at Le Bon Marché Rive Gauche. Its fragrance legacy includes Hibiscus Mahajád, launched in September 2021 as the collection’s first perfume extract, and Oud Maracujá, whose combination of oud and luminous passion-fruit facets exemplifies the house’s contrast-driven style. Oud Maracujá was voted Best Niche Fragrance 2024 by Fragrantica readers.
