Maïssa Parfums
Founded in 2018 by Dahmane Ouafi, with Ahmed Khediri also identified as a founder, Maison Maïssa takes its name from Ouafi’s daughter and expresses his Franco-Algerian heritage through perfumery. The house brings together Maghreb olfactory heritage, Eastern traditions, and French perfumery expertise. Its collections have included Édition Blanche, Signature d’Orient, Édition Murano, and, on its current site, Haussmann Edition. At Esxence 2023, Maison Maïssa presented Nuit de la Tentation, described as its first feminine fragrance and composed by Sofia Bardelli. Its fragrances are also recorded as collaborations with Marine Mercé, Emna Doghri, and Anne-Sophie Behaghel, reflecting a creative practice developed through work with multiple perfumers.
