Majid Muzaffar Iterji

Majid Muzaffar Iterji traces its perfumery journey to 1595, when the Iterji family began working in the craft and passed its expertise through successive generations. Rooted in Saudi Arabian perfumery, the brand’s heritage includes natural oils distilled from agarwood, rose, ambergris, and deer musk. Majid Iterji is the current owner, carrying forward knowledge inherited from his grandfather while developing new extraction methods. He works with company specialists to design, distil, and blend the brand’s perfumes, while pure oud oils from wild agarwood provide a central expression of its perfumery identity. Atyab adds a documented fragrance-legacy milestone: an early innovation by Majid Iterji that was later re-released.
