Mally Beauty was founded by celebrity makeup artist Mally Roncal and debuted on QVC on March 5, 2005, drawing on her professional makeup experience and celebrity clientele. Its public identity has centered on professional-inspired, long-wearing makeup, with Roncal’s creative direction emphasizing bold self-expression and everyday glamour. On March 9, 2021, AS Beauty announced its acquisition of Mally Beauty, identifying Beauty Visions as the previous owner and saying Roncal would remain associated with the brand’s creative and consumer-facing direction. In February 2022, Mally Beauty relaunched with the “Life is Better with Makeup” campaign, presenting full-glam makeup as connected to confidence, self-expression, and self-care.
