Mariah Sharapova

Mariah Sharapova’s fragrance identity is recorded under the spelling Maria Sharapova. The fragrance venture took shape through a 2004 exclusive worldwide trademark licence to Parlux Fragrances, covering men’s and women’s fragrances and related beauty products, with Parlux responsible for manufacture, promotion, distribution and sale. Sharapova was involved in developing the fragrance from the outset, with a light, fresh direction centered on magnolia and intended for all-day wear. The eponymous fragrance launched in 2005, with Carlos Viñals credited as perfumer. The documented catalogue is narrow: the Maria Sharapova designer page lists one release, the 2005 scent, described as floral-fruity with citrus, white-floral, green and fresh accords.
