Mauricio Carbajal

Mauricio Carbajal is a Peruvian author-perfumery brand centered on the work of perfumer Mauricio Carbajal, whose experience in fragrance creation spans nearly three decades and includes developing essences for third parties. During the COVID-19 pandemic, Carbajal began a personal project to express Peru’s olfactory identity, which became the Colección de Autor Perú. The brand translates personal memories, Peruvian landscapes, cultural traditions, and geography into author fragrances, with a mission of presenting Peruvian talent and identity through perfume. Fragrance creation takes place in Peru, while internationalization is handled from Barcelona by Karen Carbajal. The brand is especially defined by the Colección Perú, including Tradición, inspired by Lima during the Señor de los Milagros festivities, and Litoral, which evokes the marine atmosphere, warmth, and freedom of Peru’s coast.
