mawiLove is a Hamburg-based skincare brand founded by Beatrice Wenker. Her earlier work as a classical dancer and model shaped her interest in skincare suited to the demands of stage makeup and frequent appearances; formal cosmetics training and extended study of cosmetic raw materials later formed a basis for the brand’s formulations. In 2012, Wenker opened her own store after her self-developed cosmetics drew interest among family and friends. Today, mawiLove presents itself as “The Serum Company,” specializing in serum-based care for sensitive skin and facial care for couperose and rosacea. Its minimalist, efficacy-oriented approach combines naturally derived ingredients with scientifically researched actives, with products developed alongside dermatologists, chemists, and brand specialists.
