Mayhap

Mayhap is a Paris-based French niche fragrance house whose development began in 2022. The brand was publicly introduced in Cannes in September 2025 with Odyssey, its first collection of six fragrances. Mayhap’s creative concept rethinks traditional perfumery by translating possibilities of the future into scent and presenting fragrance as a bridge between the present and unexplored futures. Odyssey gives that outlook a narrative form through imagined future scenarios. Among its concepts, Amant Numérique explores intimacy between humans and artificial intelligence, with a composition credited to Dominique Ropion, while L’autre Moi considers infinite versions of the self across parallel dimensions, with a composition credited to Nicolas Bonneville. As Mayhap’s first public collection, Odyssey is the clearest documented expression of the house’s futuristic olfactive storytelling, a concept also reflected in its bottle design and mirrored details.
