Fragrance house

Milton Llyod

Milton-Lloyd is a London-based, family-owned fragrance house that dates its perfume-making to 1975. Founded and created by Peter Jackson, the company initially represented other businesses and sold their perfumery products before introducing its own brands, including Bondage, America, and MLC. Its public identity places fragrance ahead of packaging, avoids celebrity endorsements and inflated packaging costs, and presents fine fragrance as accessible to a broad audience. Vogue provides a notable fragrance legacy: a redesigned version launched in mid-1984, selling approximately 100,000 international units annually from 1984 to 1991 and ranking among the substantial-selling fragrances recorded in the UK.
