Fragrance house
Mitti Parfum
Mitti Parfum began when Ridhima and Neerav experimented with perfume during a home DIY workshop, developing their early creations through home blending and repeated testing. The Delaware-based brand remains a two-person, husband-and-wife perfume house: Neerav creates and layers the fragrance compositions, while Ridhima shapes the visual identity, storytelling, copy, packaging, and design. Its identity draws on South Asian cultural memory—monsoon rain, incense, family rituals, and the tension between ancestral roots and contemporary life in the United States. The brand’s crest reinterprets a 200-year-old family insignia from Neerav’s lineage, connecting its visual language to inherited history. In 2026, Mitti Parfum appeared at ScentFest SF in the “On the Rise: Fragrances from Asia” program, with Neerav among the participating perfumers. Its fragrance legacy is represented by Mohey, a signature concept built around petrichor with jasmine and patchouli, and Shikara, which the brand labels a bestseller.
