Moods
Moods is a British aromatherapy and functional-fragrance brand founded by Daniel Smith and Gregory Allen in 2025. It presents aromatherapy as a contemporary way to connect scent with mood, mindset and mental wellbeing, rather than as conventional perfume alone. Before launch, Moods commissioned clinical research with Professor Mark Moss and the University of Northumbria’s Department of Psychology, then launched with essential-oil blends presented as clinically tested neuro-aromatic formulations for defined emotional or cognitive outcomes. Its fragrance identity is organized around eight mood states, including calm, focus, confidence, energy, grounding, sensuality and positive mood, expressed through wearable rollers, room fragrance and paired combinations. In July 2025, Moods announced MoodsPro, extending the concept into treatment protocols combining targeted massage with its eight blends, scheduled to debut at The Chancery Rosewood’s Asaya Spa in London.
